About AREA!
- The company was
formed in 1975 as a division of AREA Tropical Fish Farms, Inc.
Incorporated as Aquaculture Research/Environmental Associates,
Inc. in 1985. Operates under the dba of AREA since
diversification into industrial applications.
- Initially, the
company specialized in aeration and solution agitation. Our
firm introduced the regenerative blower as the most cost
efficient, quiet, and oil-free source for aeration purposes.
Today, we specialize in aeration, water, and heating/chilling
system design and sales.
- The objective
has been and remains to provide the highest quality equipment
along with design assistance to our clients.
- The principals
and personnel of our firm come from very diverse backgrounds
including:

biologists
~ specialists in air and water system design
~ graduate and multi-national experienced business managers
~ over 40 years of combined hands-on experience in aquaculture
